We have an excitingย Summer Internship opportunityย for aย Quality Assuranceย Specialist!ย ย You will be part of our Quality Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality & GXP Compliance Activities:ย Assist with monitoring GXP (Good Distribution Practice) compliance for Life Sciences and Healthcare shipments across U.S. operations by helping review documentation and processes.
  • Assist with Quality Metrics & Reporting:ย Help collect, track, and analyze quality and GXP metrics/KPIs, supporting reporting efforts and identifying trends to inform continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to Audits & Inspections:ย Support internal selfinspections and customer audits by preparing materials, organizing data, and documenting followup actions under guidance from the quality team.
  • Document & Process Support:ย Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other quality documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:ย Work alongside operations, quality, safety, and regulatory teams to support quality initiatives, meetings, and projects related to Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics.
  • Learn Regulatory & Industry Best Practices:ย Gain exposure to GXP regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices, helping the team stay informed of updates and supporting implementation where needed.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment


Pay Range:ย $19.39 - $25.85/hr. (Based on Experience)
