Data Capture Specialist

Location: Marion, IN (Onsite) Pay: Starting at $14.85/hour Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday | 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

What You'll Do

  • Work in a moderate quiet, focused office environment processing digital documents
  • Accurately enter and verify information into internal systems (data entry / KFI)
  • Review and organize documents using clear guidelines and procedures
  • Operate scanning equipment to prepare documents for processing
  • Follow established processes to ensure data is handled securely
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality standards

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to type accurately and work with documents and numbers (40+WPM minimum typing test will be administered)
