Overview
As an SVP on our Consulting and Client Engagement Team, you will be responsible for both business development and managing client relationships. You'll have access to the full arsenal of Payer Sciences' capabilities, collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts to craft solutions that drive success for our clients.
This is a player/coach role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on project execution.
Responsibilities
Business Development (~60% of time):
  • Identify and build relationships with new clients or new brands within existing clients.
  • Develop strategic approaches and solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our value proposition.
  • Generate proposals that clearly outline our recommended solutions and deliverables.

Client Management and Project Leadership (~40& of time):
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for market access and payer marketing clients.
  • Guide cross-functional project teams, including client engagement (e.g. account services and project management), analytics, editorial, art, and creative partners.
  • Advise clients on managed market challenges and payer landscape strategies.
  • Lead idea generation and content strategy aligned with client business goals.
  • Organize complex information into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and access issues.
  • Contribute to a wide range of projects, including strategy development, market research, data analysis and communications planning.
