About the Role
As our VP, Consulting, you will lead client engagements, shape delivery strategy, and drive consulting-led platform in a vertical (FSI, insurance, or healthcare)
You'll combine leadership, operational excellence, and technology know-how to design future-state operating models, facilitate change across diverse stakeholder groups, and establish Kizen as a trusted partner for our customers' long-term digital transformation.
You will start as a player-coach leading enterprise delivery hands-on and being an MVP when required - while you are scaling our Consulting practice, including processes, governance models, and delivery standards that support rapid and high-quality customer value realization.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation projects across Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services
  • Designing and executing consulting methodologies discovery, requirements, workflows, and governance
  • Partnering with C-suite stakeholders to define business cases, ROI models, and success KPIs
  • Ensuring successful change management at every level of the organization including the front lines
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide change across industries
  • Integrate digital solutions to unlock competitive advantage
  • Play a key role in understanding and interpreting our clients' business challenges and goals, and working with our design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences
  • Translating complex business requirements into actionable workflows and automation on the Kizen platform
  • Developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, and future-state operating models
  • Leading change management programs to drive adoption and measurable transformation outcomes
  • Establishing standards for project delivery, quality, reporting, and velocity
  • Architecting solutions involving integrations across CRM, core systems, data platforms, and AI capabilities
  • Scoping workstreams, resource plans, and delivery timelines for large global transformations
  • Creating reusable assets, playbooks, and process frameworks to scale delivery excellence
  • Identifying upsell opportunities by uncovering new automation and workflow efficiencies
  • Acting as a key executive partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Requirements
  • 10+ years in enterprise consulting, operations transformation, or professional services
  • 4+ years in leadership roles managing large cross-functional delivery teams
  • 4+ years of experience in at least one regulated industry - Healthcare, Insurance, or Banking
  • Strong operational background - able to redesign complex business processes
  • Proven success leading digital transformation using modern SaaS technologies
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled change
  • Demonstrated ability to create BRDs, process documentation, and implement best practices
  • Experience deploying platforms such as CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code solutions
  • Understanding of data architectures and enterprise integration patterns (APIs, ETL, etc.)
  • Executive-level presence with strong consulting rigor and stakeholder influence
  • Highly organized - able to oversee multiple programs while maintaining quality
An Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience in Healthcare delivery transformation strongly preferred
  • Experience transforming multiple different parts of organizations (i.e GTM, operations, HR) across multiple industries (most relevant to this role - healthcare, insurance, financial services)
  • Background in SaaS implementation leadership and/or solution architecture
  • Experience scaling a Consulting/Professional Services function in a high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with AI automation, intelligent agents, and process optimization frameworks
  • Strong change-management expertise - both cultural and operational
  • CRM transformation experience (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is $250,000-$350,000 However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer generous equity and benefits packages.
