Pariveda is seeking a Vice President for our Dallas office. In this role, you will establish and deepen client relationships, drive new business development, expand strategic accounts, lead teams in service delivery, and contribute to the achievement of Pariveda's mission and objectives. You Can Expect To:
As a member of the Dallas leadership team, you will play an integral role in growing our Seattle office. You will be responsible for driving sales and delivery of technology, transformation, and business solutions, while mentoring and growing a strong team of leaders. You can expect to:
  • Generate new client accounts and grow them over time, particularly among mid-market and larger companies across multiple industry segments in the Dallas area.
  • Nurture and expand existing strategic accounts to achieve established revenue targets.
  • Establish credibility and trust with C-level clients, delivering technology and business transformation solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead client engagements from estimation through delivery, including project management, quality assurance, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Lead business development activities by driving sales efforts and managing the sales process, including cultivating client relationships, client proposal efforts and project scoping.
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and work to uncover unknown and unmet client needs.
  • Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employees.
  • Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and delivering semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement.

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience leading IT strategy, custom development, business process improvements, project management, and technology services solutions sales and delivery.
  • A strong track record in consultative sales and new client development, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and develop creative solutions that deliver significant value to clients.
  • A well-established network of clients and professional relationships in the Dallas market, across a variety of industries and business functions.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with C-level clients.
  • Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams, vendor relationships, project planning, execution, issue/risk management, and resource management/allocation.
  • Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to developing employees' knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with a methodical approach to proactively anticipating challenges, assessing problems, gathering pertinent facts, seeking counsel where necessary, and delivering sound solutions.

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this role is $313,000 - $324,900, annually. This range reflects base salary only. Pariveda offers quarterly profit sharing based on company performance. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
