Job description

The Strategic Operations Advisor is a dedicated professional responsible for developing, leading, and implementing comprehensive process improvement and automation projects that align with agency initiatives, while planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational operating programs.
Location of position: Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM)

OHRM focuses on helping GSA attract, motivate, develop, retain, and reward its most valuable resource: its employees.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:  
Specialized experience involves serving as a program manager and/or policy advisor to guide the development, coordination, and implementation of policies and plans supporting an organization’s mission and responsibilities. Experience includes executing high level programs and initiatives using policy program management principles, methods, formats, doctrines, and standard practices.
