Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Financial Systems & Strategic Advisor for the School of Management and Labor Relations.
Among the key duties and responsibilities of the position are the following:

• Provides expert guidance to executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, financial management, and data-informed decision-making.
• Partners with senior administrators to assess institutional processes, implement best practices, and strengthen administrative and financial operations across the school.
• Designs and delivers executive-level training for deans, directors, and senior leaders.
• Assists in creating executive dashboards and performance metrics to support strategic planning.

$90 - $95 per hour

The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 or the applicable provisions of relevant collective negotiations agreements, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in the discipline.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a specialized discipline is highly preferred. With a master's degree, a minimum of three (3) years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience with Tableau and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
