Job description

The HR Performance & Culture Advisor will work under minimal supervision and is responsible for developing and fostering the company's culture by focusing on strategic engagement initiatives for assigned properties as well as citywide projects. Will influence the overall culture of our team member population through planning and execution of events that may include team member rallies, team member appreciation events, benefits fairs, fundraising event, and many others. Advisor will also be responsible for partnering directly with leaders to implement high impact practices and programs designed to maximize team member performance through coaching and development initiatives.

  • Must be 21+
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proven ability to influence others to achieve desired results
  • Ability to be creative and innovative with experience in project management and event planning preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior leaders to develop strategies to influence employee engagement and performance expectations
  • Maintain an upbeat, energetic and positive presentation style
  • Undergraduate Degree preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills required
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Publisher)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Supervisor/Manager experience required
  • Design and support existing rewards and recognition programs (team member of the month programs, service recognitions, etc.)
  •  Create and execute meaningful and strategic team member engagement events 
  • Partner with property leaders to drive performance management 
  • Create fundraising events to help support community partnerships
  •  Manage property internal communication processes
