ResponsibilitiesConsult with prospective clients to assess their health insurance needs and budget, recommend appropriate coverage options, and guide them through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and confidence. (ACA & Medicare)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local business partners to strengthen trust and encourage long-term loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Maintain accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements and stay current on industry updates, carrier product offerings, compliance guidelines and licensing requirements.
RequirementsMust possess a valid Wisconsin Health Insurance License.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the health insurance sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
A genuine passion for helping people find the right health coverage.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
Proficient in Google Work Space, Microsoft 365 and CRM.
