Job description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional to lead the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our Human Resource Information Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience and a proven background supporting HR technology, reporting, payroll integration, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
This position will serve as the primary subject matter expert and partner closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator and system expert for ADP Lyric.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS workflows, security roles, business processes, and integrations.
  • Manage employee data, organizational structures, and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics for leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to identify system improvements and streamline processes.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, implementations, and new feature rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide end-user support and training.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and talent management functions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Lead HR technology projects and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and user adoption.
Qualifications
Required:
  • 3+ years of HRIS administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Experience managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.
  • Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations.
Pay/Benefits:
  • $30/hr - $45/hr depending on experience
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
