Job Summary:

They are seeking an IT Technician - Technical Admin Specialist to manage access card accounts and IT asset management processes, including tracking IT assets and providing backup support for telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
• Create new access cards for new hires
• Replace lost or stolen access cards as requested
• Maintain access groups for each office location
• Run access reports as requested
• Enter new equipment into the asset database
• Maintain and update the asset database
• Initiate and maintain asset audits
• Manage the return of leased equipment firm-wide
• Communicate outstanding lease deliverables to responsible parties across the firm
• Create and manage Absolute DDS computer tracking accounts
• Install and configure telecommunications equipment, systems, applications, and accounts
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with telecommunication systems, applications, and accounts
• Prepare IP Telephony extension displays for new hires
• Update (Add/Remove/Change) User ID Profiles for assigned Softphone features
• Prepare Out Of Office (OOO) greetings as needed for current and departing employees
• Maintain the Telephone Number Database to account for all Direct Inward Dial numbers and allocate as needed for new hires
• Process telecom-related workflow forms for new hires and departing employees
