Job Description We are seeking an experienced Application Architect III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise AI/ML architecture, hybrid cloud solution design, and Kubernetes-based platforms and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions that align to enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Define reusable reference architectures, engineering patterns, and guardrails for AI adoption across business lines. Translate business demand into secure, compliant, production-ready AI solutions. Provide architectural oversight to improve solution quality, resiliency, cost efficiency, and time to value. Align AI investments to an enterprise roadmap to reduce duplication and rework. Embed regulatory, security, and model risk requirements by design. Partner with Digital and Voice architecture teams to validate designs for conversational and agentic AI use cases. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years in technology architecture and solution design, including 3+ years of hands-on software engineering. 2+ years designing and delivering enterprise AI/LLM solutions. Hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions using Sierra AI and/or Decagon. Strong platform architecture and hybrid deployment expertise (onโ€‘prem and cloud). Experience with AI orchestration, retrievalโ€‘augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks. Proficiency with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and infrastructureโ€‘asโ€‘code. Experience with conversational AI, contact center AI, or enterprise automation. Experience designing and deploying IVR, voice-driven, or headless agentic AI solutions. Experience integrating AI agents with telephony and IVR platforms, including call flows, intent routing, and backend service invocation. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with leadership and mentoring experience. Preferred Skills: Experience in regulated industries such as financial services. Knowledge of multiple LLM providers and model serving strategies. Familiarity with headless AI agent architectures and asynchronous orchestration. Understanding of voice and multiโ€‘modal AI, including speechโ€‘toโ€‘text, textโ€‘toโ€‘speech, intent management, and conversational state handling. Relevant cloud, security, or data certifications; familiarity with model risk management, AI governance, and safety testing. Additional Details Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite.
