Job description

The Network & AI Engineering Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, operational support, and autonomous automation of the enterprise network across multiple properties. This role leverages advanced technical experience to manage core routing, switching, wireless infrastructure, WAN connectivity, and high-level network security systems. Crucially, this position bridges traditional enterprise infrastructure with cutting-edge AI engineering, architecting LLM agent frameworks, RAG systems, and autonomous automation pipelines—leveraging both the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem and specialized open-source models—to create a self-healing, highly optimized network environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7 or more years of enterprise networking experience across multi-site environments.
  • 4 years AI Engineering Experience.
  • Advanced proficiency building and integrating modern AI toolchains, agent systems, retrieval architectures, and autonomous automation workflows into production operations.

General Qualifications

  • Strong experience with enterprise routing, switching, wireless, VPN, segmentation, and network security systems.
  • Experience supporting regulated or high-compliance environments such as gaming, hospitality, healthcare, Tribal enterprises, or similar operational settings.
  • Experience in agent engineering, including orchestration frameworks, tool-calling systems, context/memory strategies, and deployment of autonomous or semi-autonomous AI workflows.
  • Experience building evaluation harnesses, regression suites, and validation frameworks for LLM or agent-based systems.
  • Experience implementing AI governance and safety controls, including approvals, audit logging, policy enforcement, and secure access boundaries for sensitive tools and data.
  • Proficiency in modern development and infrastructure tooling such as Python, TypeScript, REST/FastAPI, Docker, and API integration patterns.
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain required licensing for Network and & AI Engineering needs.
  • Basic Life Support Certification or obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics 
  • Requires a high level of problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check 
  • Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test
