Stryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Project Manager to lead customer implementations from postsale kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support. This role will lead internal project teams in the delivery of high-quality solutions across all Vocera product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. This role reports to the Senior Regional Manager, Implementation Project Management.

What you will do:

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional delivery teams to drive successful outcomes within project scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations
  • Own end-to-end delivery, driving results across scope, schedule, risks, and shifting priorities through strong ownership of project planning and execution, including WBS, critical path, and key milestones using industry standard tools.
  • Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology
  • Own project risk management by proactively identifying and addressing issues, driving resolution, and escalating when needed to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project communications, including facilitating regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes as necessary, and managing all ongoing action items
  • Lead stakeholder engagement; synthesizes input to refine scope and guide clear decisions
  • Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes
  • Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback

  • BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience
