The Visual Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in bringing the brand to life in-store through compelling visual storytelling and execution. This position partners cross-functionally with Retail Store Operations, Retail Marketing, Buying & Allocation, Field Leadership, and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent, impactful visual merchandising across all retail locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and field leaders to ensure seamless visual merchandising execution across stores
  • Support seasonal floorset planning and execution in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Develop visual merchandising directive templates and manage visual asset inventories to ensure timely distribution of props and materials
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Visual Merchandising Standards Guide, including content development and updates
  • Write clear and compelling creative briefs to support seasonal campaigns and in-store storytelling
  • Manage print production timelines, vendor communication, and distribution to support marketing rollouts
  • Create and distribute weekly visual decks and communications for internal teams
  • Act as a liaison between Retail Marketing and the Field Team to support product launches and storytelling initiatives
  • Support New Store Openings (NSO) through visual planning, prop ordering, and execution of merchandising directives
  • Assist with fixture planning to optimize store layouts and merchandise presentation
  • Participate in fixture development, including reviewing specifications and conducting in-store or vendor evaluations
  • Support store events and visual installations as needed
  • Review store floorset submissions and provide feedback to enhance field visual execution
  • Manage and fulfill visual supply requests from stores
  • Travel as needed to support store openings, training, and visual initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail space planning, or store operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable visual merchandising strategies
  • Understanding of retail environments and how visual merchandising enhances the customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and field associates

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
