The Role + Purpose:
The Visual Merchandising Associate supports the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across all Factory Stores. This role focuses on supporting the VM Director in creating visual guidelines, seasonal directives, styling and in-store presentations that align with brand standards and drive sales. Additionally, this role manages timelines of VM Workload and Marketing Distros to support Monthly Installations and Special Projects. The position bridges creative concepts and operational skills to ensure consistency of Brand Messaging across all Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with creating VM Direction including Studio Sets, Mannequin Styling and Creation of VM Directives
  • Collaborates with VM team, Field Team, Stores, Cross-Functional Business Partners such as Marketing, Merchants and Store Ops as well as outside Vendors
  • Manages completion of VM Studio Sets, Styling and VM Directives, Distros for Marketing Collateral, Sample Management, Supports Window Installations and Special Projects
  • Maintain High Visual Standards
  • Support in-store execution when needed, including occasional travel

Qualifications:
Required:
  • 5 + years of Experience as VM Manager in Stores
  • Understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail KPIs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Excel
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, proactively prioritize work
  • Strong communicator - communicate their progress, manage deadlines, and be solution oriented to get to that point
  • Strong visual and creative sensibility
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute brand vision

Preferred:
  • Strong understanding of Store Dynamics Prefered
  • Ability to Travel to Stores
  • Exposure to corporate retail or multi-store environments is a plus)

Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $71,250.00
