  • Keep the Store Fresh: Regularly evaluate and refresh the store's displays, making sure everything is aligned with current promotions and seasonally appropriate.
  • Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with store management to get feedback and ensure displays are safe, accessible, and visually stunning. Help with creative projects like window displays and set-ups.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Passion for Design: A strong enthusiasm for home décor, creativity, and visual storytelling is key. If you love turning spaces into inspiring stylish environments, we want to hear from you!
  • Experience: 1-2 years in visual merchandising or interior design will give you a solid foundation, but we're open to candidates with transferable skills.
  • Hands-On & Independent: Comfortable using basic tools, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 30 lbs. You'll be on your feet and moving around the showroom, so you'll need to be active and efficient.
  • Reliable Transportation: Since our stores span across Eastern Massachusetts (including Cape Cod) and New Hampshire, reliable transportation is essential.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Visual Design & Space Planning Skills: Experience in creating visually balanced displays, working with color schemes, and maximizing space.
