Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Visual Merchandising Assistant to support the execution of visual merchandising initiatives for a luxury beauty brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of creative design, field support, and operational coordination.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys being on the move, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visit flagship retail locations to support visual merchandising execution, audits, and maintenance.
  • Pack, organize, and ship visual merchandising materials and launch kits to the field.
  • Create clear and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, installation guides, and training documents.
  • Assist with visual merchandising layouts, renderings, and design concepts.
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal launches and store updates.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Track inventory of VM materials and maintain organized storage.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field partners.
  • Provide general administrative and project support for the Visual Merchandising department.

Qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, or a related creative field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign preferred).
  • Experience using SketchUp.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable walking multiple retail locations and traveling between flagship stores as needed.
