Position Summary

The Merchandise Assistant supports the day-to-day merchandising, inventory planning, and production activities for the Elderwear School Uniform business. This role works closely with the merchandising, sales, sourcing, and operations teams to help ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and timely customer fulfillment.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop merchandising, inventory planning, and supply chain experience within the apparel industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise & Inventory Support

โ€ขAssist with analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to support planning decisions.

โ€ขMonitor inventory positions and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.

โ€ขSupport fabric and raw material inventory tracking and replenishment activities.

โ€ขPrepare reports and analyses to support forecasting and inventory management.

Production & Order Coordination

Qualifications

โ€ขBachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.

โ€ข0โ€“2 years of experience in merchandising, planning, inventory management, supply chain, retail, or a related field.
