We are currently seeking Merch Assistant for the arcade within The Big Game Room at Kalahari.

What will you be doing as a Merchandise Assistant with Family Entertainment Group?

  • Providing outstanding guest service
  • Taking inventory of merchandise including prizes and office supplies
  • Checking in orders and maintaining accurate records of what has been received
  • Restocking of redemption area and merchandise games
  • Displaying and accurately pricing new products
  • Entering products into the redemption system software
  • Restocking and reorganizing storage areas, making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find
  • Assist in other departments when called upon to do so
