Job description

An established fashion and accessories retailer is expanding its physical presence and seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager. The company blends modern Southern style with premium apparel, footwear, jewelry, handbags, and seasonal accessories sold through boutique-style retail locations.

The Visual Merchandising Manager will create store environments that communicate the brand clearly while supporting commercial performance. This role will work closely with store teams and merchandising leadership to execute seasonal presentations, product launches, and new store concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visual merchandising standards for retail locations.
  • Create seasonal floor plans and product presentation guidelines.
  • Coordinate visual execution for launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Train store employees on presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Support visual planning for new store openings and remodels.
  • Review store execution and recommend improvements.
