AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance options. You will meet with clients virtually, help identify their needs, and provide clear education about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.
This remote role offers a supportive environment with warm leads, training, coaching, and the opportunity to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
  • Connect with members and prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
  • Complete client-focused needs assessments
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
