• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, determining personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies that foster engagement and client involvement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, enhancing understanding and promoting supportive environments for recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards as part of your practice.

As a licensed mental health counselor at our center, you will work with a varied clientele, including adults and adolescents facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Active Florida licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, with demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling practices.
• Familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches tailored to different mental health conditions.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and motivation throughout the therapeutic process.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating teamwork and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
• Experience addressing the needs of underserved communities or populations.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
