Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients to accurately evaluate their mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and personal goals.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, support group sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Educate and empower clients’ families to actively participate in the recovery process, fostering a supportive home environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential clinical records strictly adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, encompassing various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to establish rapport will be vital in tailoring effective care strategies that resonate personally with each client.

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.
  • Extensive training or experience with evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
  • A strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and the ability to establish meaningful connections with clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.
Preferred Experience
