• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments that address the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each client.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
• Document and maintain detailed, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring continuity of care and effective progress tracking.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to discuss case management, treatment strategies, and trend analyses in mental health practices.

The successful candidate will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a post-licensure capacity, with relevant focus in mental health therapy.
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with the capability to adapt approaches based on client responses.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build therapeutic relationships effectively, especially in a virtual context.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services, with proficiency in technology and a willingness to embrace new tools.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Strong teamwork skills, demonstrated through experience in a multidisciplinary setting.
