Work Environment

As a remote team member, you will work primarily from your chosen location, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, fostering a safe and supportive virtual space for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate integrated care.
• Maintain comprehensive, confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, demonstrating swift responsiveness to client needs during critical moments.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and creating effective treatment plans specific to diverse client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a telehealth or remote environment.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Knowledge of community resources available for clients, enhancing their support networks.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
