Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a professionalwith automation and scripting experience, preferably in theArchitecture,Engineering andConstruction (AEC) space. You should haveexperience,supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group;This is a team that values professional development, supportsgrowthand rewards high performance.The Technical Adoption group helps strategic customers maximize success and realize stronger returns on their investment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that helpstrategiccustomers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows

  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes

  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance andbest-practicesharing

  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers,demonstratingthought leadership and productexpertiseto help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology

  • Develop, update, andmaintainenablementcontent, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of5years' experiencein related field

  • Advanced knowledge ofArchitecture,EngineeringandConstruction(AEC)technologies and automation building blocks

  • Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows

  • Understandingof HTTP methods, ability to construct and send HTTP requests to API's and ability to handle JSON responses returned by API's

  • Ableto manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities

  • Proven ability to beagileand learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demandingcustomers

  • Experiencesupporting automation in an enterprise environment or working directly with enterprise clients

  • Experience as a BIM Manager

  • Experience with Autodesk Platform Services

  • Experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++

  • Experience with low code / no code environments(e.g.WorkatoorPowerAutomate)

  • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation

  • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships at all levels

  • Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting withother members of a global team

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,000 and $136,730. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
