Are you bilingual in English and Spanish (Latin American dialects)? Are you passionate about language, tech-savvy, and excited to start (or grow) your career in translation? We're looking for a translator to help us bring our brand to life across borders and languages.
About the Role:
As part of our English/Spanish Translation Team, you'll work on a variety of projects, such as company announcements, marketing copy, website content, videos, and e-learning courses. You'll translate materials from English to Spanish (Latin American dialect) and vice versa, helping us stay clear and consistent across all our platforms.
Your work will help ensure our Spanish-language communications meet any required regulatory standards and serve our Spanish-speaking customers and team members effectively.
What You'll Do:
• Translate content from English to Spanish (Latin America dialect), for websites, apps, internal publications, legal documents, educational programs, marketing campaigns.
• Ensure translations are as close as possible to the original English version.
• Occasionally assist various departments as an interpreter during conference calls or virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with Translation Team members to keep messaging cohesive across all platforms.
• Use translation tools like DeepL Pro, MotionPoint and Rev.com to help streamline your workflow.
• Stay up to date on linguistic standards and regional nuances in Spanish (Latin America dialect).
What We're Looking For:
• Strong written and spoken fluency in both English and Spanish (Latin America dialect)-bonus if Spanish is your native language.
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar, structure, and tone in both languages.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Comfort with using software and digital platforms-familiarity with Cypher Learning or Articulate 360 is a plus.
• A degree in Spanish, Translation or a related field is not required, but is preferred.
