What is a Spanish Summer program?

A Spanish Summer program is an immersive language and cultural experience typically offered during the summer months. Spanish Summer camp counselors often face the challenge of engaging campers with varying levels of Spanish proficiency and maintaining an immersive language environment. To address this, counselors frequently use interactive games, songs, and cultural activities that encourage participation from all campers. Strong communication and adaptability are key, as counselors must tailor their approach to suit different age groups and learning styles. Collaborating with fellow counselors and camp staff helps in sharing strategies and ensuring a supportive experience for everyone.
