IT Program Manager III

Location: Addison, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution and delivery of complex program and platform initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams. This role acts as the single point of orchestration, setting clear work objectives, managing dependencies, and enabling automation-driven flow throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position provides end-to-end visibility into delivery health using real-time data and ensures teams remain focused and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and clear deliverables.
  • Orchestrate cross-team work, ensuring dependencies, risks, and integration points are managed.
  • Promote automation-first delivery practices to improve flow and increase predictability.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting using real-time delivery and operational data.
  • Partner with product, engineering, platform, and shared services teams to ensure smooth delivery of program outcomes.
  • Manage intake and work prioritization to match team capacity.
  • Support operational readiness including testing, environment preparation, and support transition.
  • Maintain compliance with enterprise change, security, and audit standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, flow diagnostics, and structured feedback loops.
Required QualificationsExperience:
  • 7 or more years leading multi-team delivery in product, platform, or enterprise environments.
  • Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
  • Demonstrated success with intake governance, dependency management, and RAID rigor.
  • Experience navigating enterprise change, security and compliance processes.
  • Experience with platform rollouts, modernization initiatives or technical migrations.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with delivery planning, documentation and workflow tools such as Word.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and AI accelerated workflows.
  • Knowledge of CI, CD, automated testing, security scanning or release automation concepts.
  • Experience with delivery metrics and value stream or flow oriented practices.
  • Familiarity with operational readiness, SLOs and support models.
  • Financial fluency in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience using AI tools for story refinement, documentation or delivery automation.
