About You:

  • You have a related degree or related professional qualification.  

  • 5+ years' experience in accounting operations and relationship management  

  • 10+ years' experience in the financial industry and in an external client facing role

  • 10+ years' experience Program and Project Management experience

  • Proven knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit fund administration

  • Proven Business Analysis experience

Your Role: 

The role of an Executive Vice President (EVP) Client Transformation Program Manager involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects. The incumbent is responsible for leading and the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client transformations across operating models, digital, data, regulatory & compliance and technology. The Program Manager may be involved in securing new business as well as manage existing client relationships and implementations, will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups. 

The role of the Program Manager involves working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. The Program Manager will play an integral role in leading the team in overseeing the success of the strategic and tactical initiatives in partnership with various business units' senior leadership teams. The Program Manager will also provide strategic leadership, ensuring the team executes programs in a standardized, risk-adverse manner, providing Management Information Reporting for initiatives as well as marketing the team and identifying opportunities to expand the team's scope and improve processes and frameworks. 

The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of programs within a project management framework, demonstrating effective communication skills, having client-facing experience and understanding the financial services business.
