Resilience Mental Health Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to provide flexible support while engaging with clients in a school environment. The full-time position operates during regular business hours, but occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special events and community programs. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families.
• Deliver individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Develop customized service plans that outline clients' goals and the actionable steps necessary for achieving those goals.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to essential resources, addressing barriers that impact their lives.
• Engage in program development, program evaluation, and grant reporting to enhance our service delivery.
• Collaborate with schools, local organizations, and volunteers to amplify support and create a network of resources.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and outreach activities that further our mission.

This role primarily focuses on students in need of mental health support within the school system. You will work with children and adolescents who face various challenges including anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Building strong relationships with both students and their families will be key to fostering a supportive atmosphere for therapeutic growth and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Proficiency in assessment and intervention strategies tailored to diverse populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and a commitment to social justice advocacy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating high levels of empathy and organizational proficiency.

• Previous experience working in a school setting or similar nonprofit environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local community resources and support services available for mental health.
• Experience in program evaluation and grant writing is advantageous.
