Resilience Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring that all services are tailored to individual circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients coping with mental health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring regular review and adjustment as needed.
• Act as an advocate for clients, securing access to community resources, and addressing social justice issues to empower individuals and promote equity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and governmental agencies to broaden the scope of services available to clients.
• Participate in grant reporting, program evaluation, and development to enhance service delivery and ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage with community outreach activities and educational programs to raise awareness about mental health and available resources.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices, treatment methodologies, and relevant policies affecting mental health.

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. The clients may come from various cultural backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent approach to therapy. Your work will directly impact the lives of those who are often marginalized, providing them with the tools and resources they need to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health, social work frameworks, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills that foster a supportive client-therapist relationship.

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations or in community service settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with grant writing and program evaluation is a plus.
• Experience in utilizing digital health tools to enhance service delivery is advantageous, especially for a remote role.
