• Conduct in-depth assessments to uncover the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, allowing for tailored support plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth.
• Craft personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring progress is tracked and adjustments made as necessary.
• Serve as a client advocate, helping to secure access to resources, support services, and interventions that promote social justice.
• Engage in program development and evaluation efforts, contributing to grant reporting and organizational initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with community organizations, government entities, and volunteers, thereby expanding our safety net and systemic impact.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse client populations, including individuals and families facing socioeconomic challenges, mental health concerns, and those requiring advocacy and support in navigating public resources. You will be pivotal in forming trusting relationships and delivering empathetic care tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge of social justice principles, trauma-informed care, and community resources to effectively assist clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with a deep sense of empathy and understanding will be vital in fostering trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.

• Minimum of one year of experience as a social worker, particularly in a nonprofit or similar community-focused setting, is preferred.
• Experience with program evaluation and development, as well as grant writing, will be viewed favorably.
• Prior work with populations facing historical and systemic issues such as poverty and inadequate access to resources is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a bonus structure. Our benefits package includes:
