A-TEK is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of business intelligence, reporting, and web development initiatives. The Program Manager will provide overall program leadership, resource management, staffing oversight, risk management, and customer engagement while ensuring successful delivery of all contract requirements.
This individual will serve as the senior management lead responsible for project oversight, reporting, staffing coordination, budget management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent technical initiatives.
The ability to obtain/retain a Public Trust level clearance is required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall program execution and delivery for all support services
  • Serve as primary interface with leadership, including Contracting Officer (CO), Oversight Manager (OM), and Technical Monitors (TM)
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, task assignments, and contractor performance
  • Oversee deliverables, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain resource management plans and operational procedures
  • Supervise technical teams supporting business intelligence reporting, web development, and data analysis activities
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are implemented across all work products
  • Support staff development, mentoring, and training initiatives
  • Coordinate program communications and executive-level reporting
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with agency's mission objectives

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience or PMP certification
  • Minimum 5 years supervising teams of 5 or more personnel
  • Minimum 8 years managing information technology projects
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in:
    • Data mapping
    • Data transformations
    • Data profiling
    • File conversions
    • Data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology projects for Financial services organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and risk mitigation activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting FDIC or other federal financial regulatory agencies
  • Experience managing business intelligence/reporting programs
  • Familiarity with WebFOCUS, Tableau, SQL Server, and Oracle environments
  • Experience supporting Agile and modern software development methodologies

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 annually (The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate and may vary based on the candidate's experience, education, certifications, and geographic market.)
