Key Responsibilities -

Develop and manage the integrated program plan for the data center exit, including application migration, decommissioning, and operational cutover.

Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud engineering, application, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.

Expert in thinking analytically and out of the box to solve day to day migration/ operational challenges Adept in motivating teams spread across different geographies and vendor partners alike.

Self-starter that can work in a situation with little direction & hand holding to facilitate solutions across the entire spectrum of business & technical domains

Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and external vendors.

Provide regular updates to steering committees, including progress, budget, risks, and decisions required.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date program documentation, including runbooks, RACI matrices, decision logs, and RAID logs.

Required Skills and Experience -

PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field / experience.

Cloud certifications (Red Hat OCP, Harness, GitHub Actions) a plus.

Years of experience needed -

15+ years of experience in IT Management/Project management, including 5+ Years of cloud migration or infrastructure transformation.

Proven track record of end-to-end data center exits or large-scale workload migrations to cloud environments.
