Job Description Citrix Virtual Applications Support Specialist Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $120K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Citrix Virtual Applications Support Specialist to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting with managing, maintaining, and supporting virtual environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and maintain virtual images within the Citrix Virtual Apps Manage updates, optimization, and security patches Work with teams to identify new application updates Identity and implement updates to virtual images to resolve issues and enhance security Plan virtual image upgrades across development, testing, and production requirements Document and track all changes and updates Provide Tier 2 level support for issues related to the virtual environment Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for the IT Support team REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of professional experience Proven experience with Citirx Virtual Apps and Desktops Working knowledge of VDI technologies Strong troubleshooting skills PREFFERED SKILLS: Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, and other virtual environments Professional certifications TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $120K based on experience.
