• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families through secure, user-friendly telehealth platforms.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring all notes are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Implement evidence-based practices and culturally competent care tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients.
• Participate in optional virtual team meetings and peer consultation groups, fostering shared learning experiences within our clinical community.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards set forth by Pennsylvania LPC regulations, promoting integrity in your practice.

The LPC will engage with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact in clients' lives, guiding them through various mental health struggles and promoting resilience and wellness.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by Pennsylvania.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in delivering patient-centered therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices; enthusiasm for learning to utilize these tools to meet client needs effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to self-manage in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with an emphasis on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Previous experience conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong passion for inclusive, client-centered, and culturally competent communication.

Fontana Psychological Services Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
