This role is fully remote, providing flexibility and the ability to work from a location that best suits your needs. You will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of your home while ensuring client confidentiality. • Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and strengths, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring measurable client outcomes.
• Facilitate regular telehealth counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous client records, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate with other health care providers as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars, workshops, and supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills.

The LPC will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure (LPC or similar) to practice counseling in Oregon.
• At least 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling tools is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.
• Proven ability in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques.
