In your role as a Telehealth LPC, you will carry out a range of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting detailed intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their therapeutic goals.
• Providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy through secure telehealth platforms, employing methodologies that resonate with diverse client needs.
• Engaging in collaborative care by working alongside psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive treatment and client support.
• Documenting client progress and treatment updates rigorously, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Observing ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions, building trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship.

As a telehealth LPC at Emerald Point Psychological Solutions, you'll engage with a diverse client population, encompassing various demographics and presenting challenges. This role will allow you to provide effective psychological support tailored to the unique cultural, social, and individual backgrounds of each client. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, reflecting a strong educational foundation in mental health principles.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• At least three years of experience as an LPC, demonstrating your ability to practice independently and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate nature, allowing you to build rapport and understand client needs effortlessly.
• A strong level of computer literacy, enabling you to utilize our teletherapy platforms adeptly and manage client information responsibly.
