• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Conduct thorough assessments to gain insights into client histories, challenges, and treatment goals, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that are both practical and aligned with clients' aspirations.
• Provide crisis intervention services during critical moments when clients are in distress, ensuring safety and offering immediate support to stabilize their emotional state.
• Engage in supportive counseling and psychoeducation, equipping clients and their families with the tools to understand mental health conditions and enhance coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to coordinate care, share strategies, and ensure that clients receive integrated treatment.
• Accurately maintain clinical documentation and client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality, security of information, and streamlined care.
• Stay current with mental health trends and research through ongoing education, and participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to older adults, presenting a variety of mental health concerns. Your role will involve recognizing the unique cultural, socioeconomic, and emotional factors contributing to each client's experience, enabling tailored support that respects each individual’s background.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure a solid theoretical foundation in mental health practices.
