Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

  • Document clinical interactions accurately and timely in ourHIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Engage in virtual case consultations and participate in ongoing training and peer consults to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and continuity of services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active LPC license in Tennessee, or eligibility to secure licensure within 90 days of hire.
  • At least two years of solid clinical experience in individual or relational therapy settings.
  • Proficiency in telehealth practices, demonstrating the ability to maintain productive therapeutic relationships through virtual platforms.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and comfort in using technology effectively to manage remote client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Prior experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems in a telehealth or outpatient setting will be advantageous.
  • A background in working with clients from various demographic backgrounds and presenting a range of emotional and behavioral health challenges.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits that support your health and wellness.
