• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, customizing approaches based on each client's situation.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Stay current with industry advancements and research to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and apply the latest findings to practice.

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will be instrumental in supporting individuals from all walks of life, tailoring your therapeutic approach to respect their unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. By fostering an empathetic environment, you will enable them to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to cultivate trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, or family and couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation and billing processes.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment, showcasing adaptability to virtual counseling settings.
