• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the individual needs of clients, forming the foundation of tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Deliver engaging and effective evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community service providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Manage a caseload that reflects your experience and availability, ensuring a balance that promotes quality of care for all clients.

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse populations, particularly those who may have limited access to traditional counseling resources. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship conflicts. You will tailor your approach to meet the specific developmental and emotional needs of each client, aiming for improved outcomes and overall mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic interventions and client engagement in clinical settings.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
• Experience working within telehealth frameworks is highly advantageous, as adaptability to virtual platforms is crucial for client success.
• A history of managing diverse caseloads and understanding the needs of various demographic groups is preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
