This position allows for a fully remote work environment, enabling counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their home office. • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, gathering necessary information to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide impactful telehealth counseling sessions that cater to individual client experiences, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and sensitive information protection.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic and interdisciplinary approaches to client care.

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, particularly in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices, enabling effective virtual counseling sessions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills necessary for building client relationships and facilitating meaningful dialogue.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively managing a flexible remote schedule while prioritizing client needs.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-informed therapy.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health systems to enhance client care and streamline documentation.
• Previous experience in group therapy or workshops that promote mental wellness, resilience, and lifestyle changes.
