• Maintain an active caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular client sessions to monitor progress, ensure stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans, tailoring approaches to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Document client sessions thoroughly, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with organizational standards.
• Perform initial intake assessments, identifying client needs and developing treatment strategies from the outset of care.
• Engage in individual supervision to refine clinical skills and enhance therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment plans.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will primarily serve an outpatient population that may encompass adults, children, and families facing a myriad of mental health challenges. Your role will focus significantly on providing individualized therapy and support to clients needing assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions, ensuring they receive the best therapeutic care in a safe and inclusive environment.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, particularly for documentation and client management, including Excel, Outlook, and RMS systems.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services and managing therapeutic relationships with individuals and families.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing initial treatment plans.

• Prior exposure to outpatient clinical settings that involve a diverse range of mental health conditions.
• Experience utilizing specific therapeutic methodologies suited for diverse populations.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently while being an active team player in a collaborative healthcare setting.
