This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. • Conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored therapy plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions and offer family and couples therapy as required.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients.
• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay current with the latest in mental health research.

You will work with a diverse client population in Austin, Texas, many of whom are experiencing barriers to accessing mental health services. Our clients include individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your work will significantly impact their lives, helping empower them to achieve stability and wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical counseling experience is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to clinical practice.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
