Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, meticulously gathering data to inform individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, utilizing techniques that empower them on their path to wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records while adhering to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and upholding the integrity of client information.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and support coordinated treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.
