We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join the Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center, a leading behavioral health practice situated in Longview, Texas. This full-time role offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide valuable therapy services to clients from the comfort of your own home or in our outpatient office. This position allows for flexible scheduling with both telehealth and in-person options available, ensuring a balance between work and personal life. Your typical workweek will span Monday to Friday, with no weekend commitments. Full-time staff will enjoy a standard eight-hour workday, while part-time schedules can be tailored to fit both the team's needs and your availability.

As an LPC at Well Path, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for diverse clientele, which may include families, couples, and children, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for all clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on mental health best practices and research advancements.

In this counselor role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for mental health challenges, relationship issues, substance use, and trauma recovery. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their personal obstacles and reach their therapeutic goals in a safe, non-judgmental setting.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical environment is mandatory.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment are highly desirable.
• A strong foundation in legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
