Located in the heart of Marshall, Texas, our outpatient facility emphasizes the importance of providing high-quality mental health care through remote work, allowing professionals the flexibility to impact lives from their preferred environments while remaining committed to our patients.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a leading outpatient mental health office. Our team consists of experienced psychiatrists and therapists who specialize in a range of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression. We utilize evidence-based practices coupled with trauma-informed care principles to empower our clients toward recovery and optimal mental well-being. Our mission is to create supportive spaces that honor individual journeys and foster resilience.

Work Environment

This position allows for a primarily remote work setting, enabling therapists to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. Although our therapists enjoy the flexibility of remote work, there may be occasional requirements to meet clients at our outpatient office in Marshall, Texas, or participate in face-to-face meetings with the clinical team. Regular business hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional hours on weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring the techniques are relevant to the unique situations of the clients.

  • Document accurate and timely clinical records while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other relevant standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health professionals including clinicians from various disciplines to ensure integrated care approaches.

  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to engage in continuous improvement and learning for both self and the team.

  • Educate clients and their support systems about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

  • Stay knowledgeable of the latest advancements in the mental health field to enhance practice and ensure high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your role is critical in transforming lives as you work to create personalized therapeutic experiences that address the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Texas.

  • A solid understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to customize treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients, enabling effective therapeutic relationships.

  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills essential for navigating the complexities of mental health scenarios.

  • A collaborative mindset that promotes teamwork and values the contributions of fellow mental health professionals.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient settings, providing insight into treatment modalities that resonate with clients.

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software to streamline documentation and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Prior involvement in peer consultations or supervision that demonstrates commitment to professional growth and excellence in practice.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your overall health and wellness.

  • Life and disability insurance, providing peace of mind in both personal and professional life.

  • Malpractice insurance coverage to ensure your professional practice remains protected.

  • Access to an employee assistance program that offers additional support during challenging times, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

  • Opportunities for professional development including funding for continuing education to help you stay at the forefront of your field.

  • A supportive environment that provides minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus on client care and transform lives rather than administrative tasks.
