This position allows for a primarily remote work setting, enabling therapists to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. Although our therapists enjoy the flexibility of remote work, there may be occasional requirements to meet clients at our outpatient office in Marshall, Texas, or participate in face-to-face meetings with the clinical team. Regular business hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional hours on weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate appointments.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring the techniques are relevant to the unique situations of the clients.

• Document accurate and timely clinical records while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other relevant standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health professionals including clinicians from various disciplines to ensure integrated care approaches.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to engage in continuous improvement and learning for both self and the team.

• Educate clients and their support systems about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Stay knowledgeable of the latest advancements in the mental health field to enhance practice and ensure high-quality care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your role is critical in transforming lives as you work to create personalized therapeutic experiences that address the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Texas.

• A solid understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to customize treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients, enabling effective therapeutic relationships.

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills essential for navigating the complexities of mental health scenarios.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, providing insight into treatment modalities that resonate with clients.
