This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while prioritizing patient care. The LPC will primarily interact with clients through virtual platforms, leveraging telehealth technologies to provide counseling services. The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage in a variety of essential responsibilities aimed at delivering comprehensive mental health services:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, family members, and other caring professionals to report on client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop tentative schedules for appointments, home visits, and client observations to ensure effective monitoring and support.
• Coordinate home visits that align with program requirements, including conducting chart reviews, staff interviews, and data collection.
• Work diligently to implement program plans in a manner that is effective and suited to client needs, adjusting strategies as required to ensure optimum outcomes.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other relevant discussions to promote holistic care.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes detailing each client’s development and adjusting treatment plans based on progress.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff to ensure competency in program implementation and documentation practices.
• Follow-up with clients through interviews, home visits, and ongoing assessments to provide continued support as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive records that are accessible to relevant parties while assuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Act as a liaison with the public and mental health community to support program development and community engagement.
• Assist in developing training materials aimed at improving service delivery and program effectiveness.

As an LPC with Invasive Care Consultants, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues. Your expertise will serve not only adults but also youth dealing with challenges such as anxiety, trauma, substance use, and family dynamics. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effectively building rapport with clients and engaging multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to manage patient data and documentation efficiently.

While not required, specialization in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

• Family therapy and couples counseling
• Substance use counseling
• Trauma-informed therapy

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
