• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Teach clients effective coping strategies and self-care techniques to aid their healing process.
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
