• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and crafting tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy that aligns with the unique needs and goals of clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health situations, ensuring their safety and well-being during emergencies.
• Maintain rigorous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options while advocating for their rights and needs in various settings.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training, workshops, and active participation in professional organizations to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health therapy.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
