We are currently seeking part-time to full-time, LPC-Associates to join our growing outpatient practice with five locations across Austin, TX.


Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Texas license (Required) (LPC Associate).
  • Independent or dependent practice status.
  • Master's degree (Required) or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Commit to a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week.
  • Be able to work one evening or weekend per week.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed.
  • Maintain active licensure, continuing education, and professional standards.
