Job description

Madisonhealth is seeking to hire a skilled Kitchen Staff to work in the Kitchen and Paragon (Cafeteria) cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals; prepare late and short stay trays, and other cooking duties as required.
Additional responsibilities assigned may include cleaning of dishes, all work areas, dining areas, and handling money/cash register as needed.
The incumbent must be able to represent Madisonhealth and their values by providing stellar customer service.
Classification: Part-Time
Schedule:
  • 3-5 days per week.
  • 6:00am-2:30pm AND/OR 12:00pm-8:30pm
  • Mon-Fri and every other weekend.

Education/Certifications:
  • Food Working Training (Department of Health and Welfare)
  • High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent

Experience:
  • Previous commercial cooking , preferred
  • Knowledge of use and care of kitchen equipment and supplies, preferred

Required Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, MS Publisher (or Equivalent) and Power Point.
